In practice that means dual-aspect corner homes, wide glazing (Opal's brief specifies floor-to-ceiling windows) and balconies that the brief says "extend the living footprint outward". Corner homes at Crystal have been listed with three private balconies; a corner home at Opal was let with a wrap-around L-shaped balcony facing the sea horizon.
