The building's brief, floor plans and amenities are not yet on file, so this piece describes the day that the address gives a tenant, and marks plainly the parts that will depend on the building itself.

## The part the address decides

The earlier piece on Fithuroanu Magu describes the road itself. Put into the shape of a day, it looks like this. The morning starts with sea air rather than traffic, and the beach is a short walk. The working day goes out along calm roads; the centre of the island and Central Park are a few minutes by bike. The evening is the road's best hour, with the marina restaurants within walking distance and the sea air in the evening.

The one caution is the same one the concierge gives for every home on this stretch: in the marina season the water side is not always quiet at night, so view at the hour you will actually be home.

## The part the building will decide

Everything inside the front door is still to be confirmed. The desk does not yet know how large the homes are, whether they have balconies, whether there is a pool, a gym, parking or backup power, or who manages the building. The developer's listing indicates apartments and condominiums as well as villa and house types; a day in a villa and a day in a flat several floors up are very different, and until the mix is known we cannot say which Blue Lagoon offers.

## Who the address suits today

Anyone who wants the water to be part of daily life: a couple who walk in the evenings, a professional who wants to come home to the sea rather than a main road, a family who value the beach over a city-centre address. Whether Blue Lagoon in particular suits them will be clear once its homes can be inspected. Until then, the concierge can show comparable homes nearby and tell you when there is news.
