The name makes its own promise. A building called Blue Lagoon on the waterfront road is presenting itself as a place to look at the water. Whether a given home actually does depends on which way the building and the unit face, and that is not yet on record.

## What the desk has not verified

- The developer.
- The number of floors and homes, the unit mix and the sizes.
- The balconies, the shared spaces and the amenities, if any: pool, gym, parking, backup power, security.
- Whether the frontage faces the sea or the road.
- When the homes will be complete and ready to rent.

## Why a tenant might still keep it in mind
