# Corporate housing, or how to bring a team to the Maldives

> Companies recruiting into Malé and Hulhumalé had the same problem every month. In August 2026 Binga gave them one concierge, one brief, and homes their people would actually want.

Every company that hires into the Maldives from abroad meets the same Monday. The new engineer, doctor or manager lands in three weeks; HR has a budget, a WhatsApp number and no idea where the person will sleep. Resorts, hospitals, banks, telecoms and government agencies were all asking the concierge desk the same question, one new hire at a time.

On 28 August 2026 Binga made it a service.

## How it works

You brief once. A dedicated concierge who has handled housing for multiple companies runs the whole search. Every introduction is a Binga-inspected, owner-verified home that never reaches the public site, and every agreement is negotiated directly with the owner.

You choose the structure. Contract the housing in the company's name on one agreement, or let employees choose from a curated shortlist. Furnished, move-in-ready units for quick starts; unfurnished for longer placements.

You are never out of reach. Through the whole journey the concierge is one message away on WhatsApp and a call away on the phone. The service is B2B and costs your team nothing.

## What it costs to house someone in Greater Malé

The honest ranges through Binga, as of the launch: single rooms in shared apartments from about MVR 8,500 a month, studios from about MVR 12,500, and one, two, three and four-bedroom homes across furnishing styles and sizes, with executive and new-build premium units often quoted in USD. The concierge will tell you where a given budget lands before anyone gets on a plane.

## Why companies trust it

Because the housing is inspected before it is offered, because the contract is with the owner, and because the person who found the home is the same person who answers when the air-conditioning fails in week two. That continuity is the product. The same week the service launched, Binga drafted its first newsletter to nearly a thousand companies actively looking for space; that issue is in the newsletter archive.
