Since 9 September 2026 the concierge prompt on binga.mv hands your request straight to concierge.binga.mv, and since 14 September every consultation request and contact form on the marketplace is picked up by the concierge queue within fifteen minutes. From 15 September each lead also appears in one shared contact book on every concierge's phone, so whoever answers has your name and your last message in front of them.
