Its developer says it aims to redefine luxury living in the region. ## The signature

The building's own description is brief, so the homes tell more. Units let through Binga have come with expansive balconies and, on some floors, views towards the Marina View building and the waterfront. A seventh-floor three-bedroom was described with open-plan living, an island kitchen, a large private terrace, and three en-suite bedrooms each with a built-in desk nook, fitted wardrobes and its own balcony, in a pared-back Japandi style. A tenth-floor 3+1 suite has a private pool.

The recurring features are generous outdoor space and bedrooms planned for working as well as sleeping.

## What the building provides

A swimming pool, a gym, a café, a supermarket, a play area and a garden. A lobby, 24/7 security, a garbage chute, residents' parking and visitor parking. It is a short list, and a practical one: for a family, milk and a coffee without leaving the building count for more than a brochure's worth of lounges.

## What rents look like

The Gardens is still listed as selling, so more homes may come to the rental market as new owners decide to let.
