## Questions to ask when homes are offered

- Is the building complete, and who manages it?
- Is the home furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished? Get the inventory in writing.
- Does a parking space come with the flat, and is EV charging included or metered?
- What does the service charge cover, and who pays it?
- Are the smart controls and fibre connection working and included in the rent?
