Binga has one rent on record at Marina View. It is a useful benchmark, if a single one.

## The rent on record

A fully furnished 3+1 with four bathrooms was listed through Binga at $2,000 a month (asking, August 2026) and has since been let. That is the listed rent, not necessarily the rent agreed. The listing did not record the home's size or floor.

For $2,000, the tenant got a four-room home, move-in ready. Fully furnished in Greater Malé means beds, sofas, dining and appliances, and often linen and kitchenware. The "+1" room works as a study, a guest room or a room for help. At the pegged rate of roughly 15.4 rufiyaa to the dollar, $2,000 is about MVR 30,800, in the middle of the MVR 15,000 to 55,000 band Binga's rent guide gives for one- to four-bedroom homes.

## What the building provides

The developer lists a spa, a gym, an on-site restaurant, lift access, a children's play area, and 24/7 security with CCTV. The catalogue places the building on Fithiroanu Magu, a five-minute walk from the ferry terminal and close to Tree Top Hospital. It does not mention parking, a pool or backup power, so ask about each for any home you view, along with the service charge and who pays it. A building without a pool but with a spa and a restaurant makes a different trade from most Hulhumalé towers; for some households it is the better one.

## Who built it

Marina View is by Batch Construction. The building has ten floors and 70 homes in a single block, and the developments directory lists it as sold. The desk's sources do not list Batch Construction's other buildings, so we do not name any here.
