The corpus describes Phase 1 as fifteen to twenty-five minutes from Malé by road, and the catalogue describes Reethigas Magu as well connected for transport across Hulhumalé, to Malé and to the airport.

## Daytime

This is where the location earns its keep. The developer describes walkable access from the building to supermarkets, cafés, clinics and schools, and a semi-furnished unit listed through Binga in July was marketed as close to the beach, Central Park and schools. The desk has not measured those distances. What the sources agree on is that Reethigas Magu is a working street, a spine of residential and commercial life, and that living on it means the day's small tasks can be done on foot.

For those working from home, the "+1" room in the 2+1 deluxe plans is the useful part. ## Evening

Coming home after dark is where the security arrangements matter. The developer describes 24-hour manned security, CCTV throughout, controlled entry and lifts serving every floor. For a parent returning late or a professional new to the country, that is the quiet reassurance that makes a building feel like home rather than an address.

Evenings are spent on the balcony, or, in the terrace home, outside at the table. The neighbourhood guide describes Hulhumalé as the planned island of wider streets, parks and the beach, and the walk after dinner is part of the routine for families here.

## Who it suits

Professionals and families who want a sensible, well-located home and value security and walkability over a building full of facilities. Households that run on motorbikes rather than cars. Expatriate staff who need a furnished flat to start in quickly; a fully furnished two-bedroom was let through Binga here in July. And anyone who would rather spend the rent on space than on a pool they might never use.

A tenant who wants a gym and a pool in the building should say so in their brief; the concierge will suggest nearby alternatives. For everyone else, Reethigas is a building where the day simply works.
