# Refer a tenant or a property in two minutes

> Anyone can refer a person looking to rent or buy, or an owner with a unit to rent or sell. A concierge does the work; the referrer follows every milestone on a personal page.

Know someone looking to rent or buy a home in Malé or Hulhumalé, or an owner with a unit to rent or sell? From 8 September 2026 you can refer them to Binga in two minutes: name, mobile and a few basics, theirs and yours. A concierge contacts them, completes the details and does the work, and every milestone lands on your personal referral page and in your inbox. Contact details of the person you refer are never shown back to you; you see progress, not private data.
