From 20 September 2026 a tenant's offer is captured once, rent, deposit, move-in and end dates, payment schedule, pro-rata for a mid-month start, and presented to the owner as a single proposal in their private portal on concierge.binga.mv. Accept, counter or decline, and the concierge and the tenant know immediately. Every version is kept, so nobody argues later about what was offered when.
