## The benchmark

Binga let a brand-new, fully furnished three-bedroom corner apartment at The Creek View for MVR 45,000 a month, with one month's security. A second three-bedroom of 1,300 square feet is coming to market at USD 2,400. That is today's band for a well-presented unit in the building.

## What tenants here pay for

The corner and the canal view. A walk-in wardrobe and a pantry, both of which the let unit had. Built-in appliances in the enclosed kitchen. A building that visibly runs: pool open, gym equipped, security present, service lift working.

## The service

Book an inspection visit. A concierge inspects the apartment, prepares your profile and terms privately, and sends a two-hour link to verify every detail. Professional photographs; marketing across the website, the buyer network and the ad channels, or off-market to vetted tenants only. Enquiries, viewings and screening run through Binga; you receive one-page vetted profiles and make the decision. Offers land in your private portal as a single proposal; the tenancy agreement is prepared under the Residential Tenancy Act; the handover is coordinated, keys, deposit and move-in condition.

No upfront fees; 50% of one month's rent when the tenant is placed. Whoever you book with, all three concierges know your file.
