The Skyside is a two-block residential development by Renaatus in Hulhumalé Phase 2, and its name tells you where its beauty is meant to lie: in the sky, the skyline and the view. The catalogue describes airy interiors, sea and city views, and balconies for watching the sun go down. It is a short list, and an honest reading of it is the best place to start.

## Air and light inside

The developer's emphasis is on airy interiors and good ventilation.
