# A one-page tenant profile owners can actually read

Owners told us a score without a reason is not reassuring. From 1 September 2026 the vetted profile Binga sends is one printable page: the household and earners, the requirements, and a vetting assessment with a bar for each category (combined income, earning members, tenure, landlord reference, stability signals, profile completeness) showing exactly where a 92 out of 100 comes from. The final decision on who lives in the property remains the owner's.
