Most of Binga's conversations happen on WhatsApp. Until July 2026 those conversations lived on one phone. From 10 July they land in the same place as your website visits and calls: one record, one history, visible to every concierge on the desk.

What that means for you: you say your budget once. If you looked at three homes in Phase 2 on the website last night and message this morning, the concierge already knows which three. If you wrote on Sunday and Aiham is off on Monday, Mustho sees the thread.

What it does not mean: nothing is shared outside Binga, and you can ask to have your record removed at any time through hello@binga.mv. The tracker also refuses to merge two people who share a phone or an email in the wrong way, a guard added in September after the team audited every merge it had ever made.
