Binga is not just a listing agency. From 31 August 2026 owners can book an inspection visit online and choose a slot; a concierge comes to the property, and from that first visit to the keys in the tenant's hand one dedicated contact runs everything: pricing, professional photographs, marketing across the website, buyer network and ad channels, viewings, screening and the agreement.
Enquiries and all tenant communication run through Binga. Every applicant is vetted and the owner receives qualified profiles only; the decision is always the owner's. No upfront fees; 50% of one month's rent, only after Binga secures the tenant. Whoever you book with, all three concierges know your file.
