The Binga journey · Chapter 6

Owners, from listing agency to full representation

The owner side grew from "we will list it" to "we will run it": inspection, pricing, photography, marketing, vetting, the agreement and the handover, paid only when the tenant is placed.

The first version of Binga's promise to owners was modest: list your property with us and we will find you a tenant. The version that exists today is a different job, and it grew out of what owners actually asked for once they trusted the desk.

What the service became

Inspection first. A concierge visits the property, reviews it honestly and prepares the owner's profile, terms and bank details privately. The owner then receives a private link, valid for two hours, to check and refine every detail before anything moves forward.

Pricing and presentation. Professional photographs, then the property marketed across the Binga website, the buyer network and the ad channels, presented the way it deserves. Where the owner prefers, the home never appears publicly at all and is shown only to vetted tenants from the concierge's shortlist.

Enquiries, viewings and screening run through Binga. The owner never fields midnight calls from strangers. Every applicant is vetted; the owner receives qualified profiles only, and the final decision on who lives in the property is always theirs. Since September 2026 that decision is made from a one-page dossier that shows exactly where an applicant's score comes from: income against rent, tenure, landlord reference, stability.

Offers, agreement and handover. When a tenant makes an offer, it arrives in the owner's private portal as a clear proposal, rent, deposit, dates, payment schedule, and the owner's decision goes straight back to the concierge. Binga prepares the tenancy agreement and coordinates the handover: keys, deposits, move-in condition, end to end.

How Binga is paid

No upfront fees. Fifty percent of one month's rent, only after Binga secures the tenant. That single line, published on the inspection page on 31 August 2026, is the clearest statement of what changed: Binga is paid for the outcome, not for the listing.

One file, three people

Whoever the owner books with, all three concierges know the file. That was a design decision, not a slogan. Every note, viewing, offer and stage change is recorded once and visible to the whole desk, so an owner never has to explain their property twice.

Prices are asking prices as listed through Binga unless marked achieved, and are dated. Developer descriptions are reported as the developer's own. Facts the desk could not verify are left out. Spotted an error? Write to hello@binga.mv; corrections are noted at the foot of the piece.
