The Binga journey · Chapter 10
What comes next, the connected journey
Binga captures a person superbly at every step and, until now, ran those steps separately. The next year is about one identity, one stage, one queue, and news that reaches people where they are.

Strip away the surface and Binga is a two-sided marketplace run by a human concierge team, instrumented end to end. Demand: tenants, buyers, corporates, short-let seekers. Supply: owners and landlords. The concierge is the product. Everything else, twelve web forms, the tracker, WhatsApp, the ad channels, the CRM, the contact book, exists to serve one loop: capture a person, know who they are, know what they want, match them, close, keep them.
In September 2026 the team wrote down, honestly, that the loop ran superbly in pieces and not yet as one journey. A person could be at three different "stages" depending on which screen you opened. Leads lived in five inboxes. Nothing said "do this next". The match itself, the reason the business exists, happened in a concierge's head rather than as a suggestion both ways.
The spine
The plan for the year ahead is not more capture. It is a spine: one identity for every person across web, WhatsApp, ads and email; one stage model that means the same thing on every screen; one queue that tells each concierge who needs them right now and why; and a real match loop that proposes homes to briefs and briefs to homes.
Where news fits
This site is part of that spine. Every launch, every market note and every newsletter issue now has a permanent home at news.binga.mv, tagged to the homes, developments and neighbourhoods it talks about, so an article about Phase 2 rents sits next to the live homes in Phase 2. Readers who subscribe are the same people the concierge already knows, and the concierge sees what they read.
The book you have just finished is the first ten chapters. The next ones will be written as they happen.
