Who Platinum Residences suits
Pet owners, couples who want a garden, corporate placements who want quiet, and the questions the concierge asks before you sign.

Suits
- Pet owners. Pets are allowed, which rules out most of Hulhumalé's towers; the garden units make it practical.
- Couples and small households who want a 1+1 or 2+1 with two balconies and a pool, rather than a three-bedroom they will not fill.
- Corporate placements who want a secure, quiet building with access-card entry and a management that visibly works.
- Families who want the beach walkable and the street calm.
Suits less
- Households that need to be in the Phase 1 centre on foot.
- Tenants who want an open kitchen; Platinum's are closed by design.
What the concierge checks
Block and orientation: canal, ocean or garden. The number and size of balconies on the specific unit. The furnishing inventory in writing. Pet terms, in the agreement, not just in the brochure. Parking allocation. Service charge and what the pool and gym cost to run. Move-in date and term.
Send a brief and a concierge shortlists the Platinum units that fit, books the viewings back to back, and negotiates directly with the owner.
Sources and method
Prices are asking prices as listed through Binga unless marked achieved, and are dated. Developer descriptions are reported as the developer's own. Facts the desk could not verify are left out. Spotted an error? Write to hello@binga.mv; corrections are noted at the foot of the piece.
