The one RainCoral home currently listed through Binga is an unusual one: a fully furnished 3+1 duplex penthouse in Tower B, about 3,340 square feet, with a private deck, a large terrace and a plunge pool of its own. It is listed through Binga at $4,000 a month (asking, September 2026). Here is what that rent covers, and how to think about its value.

The home

The RainCoral penthouse was listed at the end of March and is still available. Its listing describes:

• Two levels, about 3,340 square feet in total.
• Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a maid's room (a 3+1 plan, recorded as four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the catalogue).
• A modern kitchen with appliances.
• A private deck, and an expansive terrace with a private plunge pool.
• Full furnishing, offered for immediate move-in when it was listed.

Divided out, the asking rent comes to roughly $1.20 a square foot a month. That is a simple way of seeing what the figure buys: a large amount of space, much of it outdoors, in a home that needs nothing added before the first night. Who built it, and who runs it

RainCoral was developed as a joint venture between Rainbow Construction Pvt Ltd and Mega Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, aimed, in the developers' own description, at the semi-luxury apartment market. Rainland Developers Pvt. Ltd. acted as sales and marketing agent and then took over property management once construction finished. For a tenant, that continuity has a practical value: the company managing the building is the one that sold it, and it knows the building's history.
