Living at RainCoral
Groceries downstairs, Central Park up the road, a terrace on the fourteenth floor for the evening. A week at RainCoral Residence.

RainCoral is a building organised around errands you no longer have to run. The STO People's Choice outlet on the ground floor covers groceries, essentials and the appliance you forgot you needed; Reethigas Magu runs straight toward Central Park; the rest of Phase 1, the beach, the schools and Tree Top Hospital, is minutes away.
Mornings
The gym in the basement levels, then the car or bike out of the secure parking onto Reethigas Magu. The dual-tower design means the apartments catch the breeze from two sides, so the morning starts with the windows open.
Evenings
The fourteenth-floor common terrace is the building's rooftop room: the sunset, the skyline, neighbours. The multipurpose hall handles the birthdays and the Ramadan gatherings. For the penthouse tenants there is a private deck and a plunge pool of their own.
Weekends
Central Park up the road; the beach across the island; the store downstairs for the barbecue. Malé and the airport are a fifteen to twenty-five minute drive.
The feel
Semi-luxury, the developers say, and it means a family building where the important things work: the parking, the lifts, the management (Rainland, who sold it, still run it), and a shop that is open when you get home.
