A day at home in Oceanfront Residence
A swim before work, the ferry terminal a short walk away, a laundry room that keeps the balcony clear and the marina at the end of the day. An ordinary day in a furnished three-bedroom at Oceanfront Residence.

A day at Oceanfront Residence tends to begin and end with water: a swim in one of the building's two infinity pools, and the marina from the balcony when the light goes. In between, it is an easy building to run a household from, on a street the developer places about five minutes' walk from the Hulhumalé ferry terminal.
Early
Take one of the furnished three-bedrooms Binga has handled here, three bedrooms and three bathrooms in around 1,100 square feet. The first practical pleasure of the day is that nobody queues for a shower. The second is the pool. With two infinity pools in the building, the early swim is less likely to mean sharing a lane, and the two fully equipped gyms do the same for anyone who would rather run than swim.
Back upstairs, the kitchen is part of one open room with the living and dining space, so breakfast is made facing the windows rather than a wall. Doors to the balcony go open while the air is still cool. The developer describes a layout planned for ventilation between the towers and between the flats, and this is the hour when you notice it.
Getting out
For anyone working in Malé, the ferry is the first thing to understand about this address. The developer puts the terminal about five minutes away on foot along Fithuroanu Magu. By road, the concierges quote fifteen to twenty-five minutes from Hulhumalé to Malé across the bridge. Households with a car can use the basement parking, which keeps the vehicle under cover and out of the midday sun.
Children have a kids club in the building. For families, that matters most in the unscheduled hours: a wet afternoon, a school holiday, a Friday when everyone is at home.
The middle of the day
If you work from home, the three-bedroom layout gives you a room to shut the door on. The bigger three-plus-one plans go further. One listed through Binga now runs to about 1,400 square feet with three bathrooms, and the extra space is the difference between a desk in a bedroom and a room that is only for work.
Household chores are designed out of sight. At least one of the units Binga has let had its own laundry and utility room, so the washing machine is not in the kitchen and the drying rack is not on the balcony. Rubbish goes down the chute on your floor rather than along a corridor or down in the lift.
Evening
The garden terraces are where the building gets sociable. They are shared, green and outside, and they give neighbours somewhere to meet that is neither a lobby nor a pool deck. Some households follow an hour there with a second swim; others go straight back up.
On the marina-facing side, the evening belongs to the balcony. One home listed through Binga in August, and since let, was described with several balconies looking across Hulhumalé Marina and the coastline. Boats come in, the light drops, and the flat behind you is quiet.
Who this day suits
Families who want a three-bedroom with three bathrooms, a kids club and two pools. Couples and professionals who want a two-bedroom in a building with proper shared facilities. And anyone who commutes to Malé and would rather walk to the ferry than sit in bridge traffic. The desk has not yet confirmed the building's security arrangements or backup power, and a concierge will check both on a viewing.
