What your rent would buy at RainPalm Residence
No RainPalm home has been listed through Binga yet, so there is no rent to quote. What the developer promises a tenant instead: two levels of parking, a gym, a pool with a children's pool, garbage chutes and homes without shared walls.

The honest answer first: Binga has not yet listed a home for rent at RainPalm Residence, so there is no rent the desk can quote. What can be set out is what a tenant's money would buy in the building, as the developer describes it, and what to check when the first homes reach the market.
The homes
RainPalm has 112 apartments across three blocks. The catalogue does not give a unit mix or sizes, but it describes the plans as spacious and open, with large kitchens and room for different styles of furnishing. It singles out three features:
- Balconies the developer describes as rare in the market for their size, varying by unit.
- Fittings and finishes from leading global brands, chosen for durability and easy maintenance, with a full finishing schedule available.
- No shared walls for most units, which are separated from their neighbours by a void. The developer's case is more privacy, less noise, better ventilation and more light.
The building
The facilities listed in the catalogue are a fair measure of what a service charge here would be paying for:
- A residential lobby with a security post, waiting area and drop-off point.
- Parking on two levels, cars in the basement and motorbikes on the first floor, with allocated slots, security systems, patrols and parking stickers.
- A fully equipped gym on the second floor.
- A pool deck next to the gym, with a 14 by 7 metre pool, a sundeck and a children's pool.
- Street-facing shops and services.
- A multi-purpose hall with a pantry, toilet and separate access, which the developer notes can be leased to fund building maintenance.
- A garbage chute on every floor.
The catalogue credits the development to Rainbow. The fact sheet records no developer entity and no other buildings by the same hand, so the desk makes no comparison here.
What to ask before you sign
When RainPalm homes come to the rental market, three questions matter most. First, the furnishing tier: the desk's furnishing guide explains how fully furnished, semi-furnished and unfurnished homes differ in rent and in what you need to bring. Second, the balcony size of the specific unit, since the developer says they vary. Third, the practicalities the catalogue does not cover: backup power, the managing company and the service charge.
The catalogue lists the project as still selling. The desk has not confirmed completion or occupancy.
Renting through Binga
Send a tenant brief at concierge.binga.mv/tenants or message the concierge team on WhatsApp at +960 778-3395, and mention RainPalm by name. A concierge will tell you whether any homes are available, shortlist comparable buildings in the meantime and arrange viewings. Every home Binga introduces is inspected and every owner verified.
The practical next step: send the brief with your size, budget and move-in date, and ask the concierge to flag the first RainPalm listing that fits.
