Developments
Living at Solitaire
Two gyms, a private pool, a cinema, a kids' club, a co-working floor and a café at the door. A week at Solitaire, and why residents say arriving home feels like an exhale.

The developer's line about arriving home feeling like an exhale is a marketing line, and it also happens to be what tenants say. The entrance and the security desk are designed so the day ends at the door.
Mornings
The women's gym or the men's gym, each its own space, on the wooden deck. A swim in a pool that is not shared with a hotel's worth of guests. Coffee from the street-level café with the indoor-outdoor seating, then the bike or car out of the ground-floor parking. The ferry terminal and Central Park are close; Malé is across the bridge.
Days
Residents who work from home use the co-working floor, indoors or out. Parents with small children use the kids' club, deliberately small and calm, near the lobby. The apartments themselves, in the homes Binga has let, are 3+1 plans with four bathrooms and a fourth room that becomes a study or a helper's room.
Evenings and weekends
The clubhouse: dining, lounging, the pool table, the home theatre with surround sound, the covered deck. The private cinema for a film with friends. The event venues for the birthday that would otherwise need a restaurant. The retail and dining downstairs for the night you do not cook.
What it is for
A family lifestyle, in the developer's phrase, in a building that behaves like a good hotel and is priced like a good apartment.
Sources and method
Prices are asking prices as listed through Binga unless marked achieved, and are dated. Developer descriptions are reported as the developer's own. Facts the desk could not verify are left out. Spotted an error? Write to hello@binga.mv; corrections are noted at the foot of the piece.
