The Apollo Towers

The Apollo Towers are sold, so every home in them belongs to an owner, and Binga has so far handled two of them. Their listings give a first reading of what rent buys in Apollo Holdings' two beachfront towers in Hulhumalé, from a furnished two-bedroom to a penthouse. There are no homes live for rent here through Binga today.

Two listings, two ends of the building

  • Two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully furnished. Listed through Binga at USD 1,500 a month (asking, June 2026), and since let. The listing described a bright open-plan living room, a modern L-shaped kitchen and a private balcony with neighbourhood views, and recommended it for small families and professionals.
  • Three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse, 1,400 sq ft. Submitted to Binga at USD 3,500 a month (asking, August 2026). It is awaiting approval and is not yet offered to tenants; the desk will report on it once a concierge has inspected it.

At roughly 15.4 rufiyaa to the dollar, the two-bedroom's asking rent was about MVR 23,100 a month. That sits within the range Binga's concierges quote for homes across Greater Malé, from about MVR 15,000 to MVR 55,000 and beyond, with the premium segment often priced in dollars.

What the rent pays for

Beyond the flat itself, a tenant here has use of what the developer lists for the building:

  • a swimming pool, described in one Binga listing as a rooftop pool
  • a gym with separate locker rooms and showers for men and women
  • a children's play area with its own washroom, a double-decker playhouse, reading tents and reading and colouring desks
  • a multi-purpose hall for parties, weddings and meetings
  • two levels of parking at the rear for cars and motorcycles, with visitor spaces
  • commercial space on the ground and first floors of both towers, including, according to the listing, a supermarket on site

The catalogue does not mention backup power, a security desk or the building's management arrangements. Ask about each before signing, together with whether a parking space comes with the flat and whether the service charge is included in the rent.

Furnishing

The two-bedroom Binga let was fully furnished, the tier that suits a quick start or a short placement and carries the highest rent. The penthouse's furnishing is not recorded. Ask for the inventory in writing, so that what "furnished" means ends up in the agreement.

Who built it

The Apollo Towers are by Apollo Holdings Pvt Ltd, whose other buildings in Binga's directory are Crystal Residence and Opal Residences by Apollo, both in Hulhumalé.

Renting through Binga

A concierge reads your brief, shortlists homes that fit and arranges the viewings, back to back where possible. Every home Binga introduces has been inspected and the owner verified, and the tenancy agreement is made directly with the owner, with no broker layer on the rent.

The next step: send a tenant brief at https://concierge.binga.mv/tenants, or message the concierge team on WhatsApp at +960 778-3395, and say you would like a home at The Apollo Towers. You will hear when one fits.
