Living at Creek Residences
What a week looks like on the waterfront edge of Phase 1: the breeze, the walking paths, the pool after work, and three roads to everywhere else.

The first thing tenants mention after a month at Creek Residences is the air. The building faces the channel, so the breeze is constant and the noise of the Phase 1 centre stays behind you. The second thing is that they stopped driving for small errands.
Weekdays
Morning in the gym or a length in the pool; coffee from the store downstairs; the bike out of the first-floor parking. Reethigas Magu connects to the island's main roads within a minute, so the commute to a Phase 1 office, a Phase 2 site or across the bridge to Malé starts without traffic. Evenings end on the balcony with the boats going past.
Weekends
The waterfront walking path is outside the door, the public parks and the mosque are a short walk, and the building's barbecue areas and event halls take the birthdays that would otherwise need a restaurant. Families use the play areas; teenagers use the pool.
The apartments themselves
Enclosed kitchens, which matter for families who cook properly; spacious living rooms; balconies large enough to sit on. The three-bedroom homes Binga has furnished here were done for people who intend to stay a while.
Who lives here
Young professionals and families, in the developer's words, and that is what the concierge sees: couples buying their first home in Hulhumalé, corporate placements who want water outside the window without a resort commute, and owners who let to them.
