Who Creek Residences suits, and what to ask at the viewing
Four kinds of household that do well here, two that should look elsewhere, and the questions a Binga concierge asks on your behalf before you sign.

It suits
- A family with children who wants enclosed kitchens, play areas and a pool in the building, and a walk to the park.
- A corporate placement who wants a furnished three-bedroom with a view and a building that manages itself; the USD rents here sit inside most company housing budgets.
- A couple buying a first home who want a two-bedroom plan on the park side at the lower end of the price range, with the waterfront as the upgrade path.
- An owner who intends to let: the building's achieved rents and the facilities make furnished units easy to place.
It suits less
- Anyone who needs the Phase 1 centre outside the door; this is the quiet edge.
- Anyone who wants an open kitchen; the plans here are enclosed by design.
What the concierge checks for you
Which side the unit faces (channel or park), and at what hour the sun hits the balcony. What "fully furnished" includes, written into the inventory. Which parking slots come with the apartment. The service charge and what it covers. Whether the pool and gym are open and maintained, not promised. Move-in date and the owner's flexibility on term.
How to start
Send a brief with your budget, bedrooms and move-in date. A concierge shortlists the Creek units that fit, lines up the viewings back to back, and negotiates directly with the owner.
Sources and method
Prices are asking prices as listed through Binga unless marked achieved, and are dated. Developer descriptions are reported as the developer's own. Facts the desk could not verify are left out. Spotted an error? Write to hello@binga.mv; corrections are noted at the foot of the piece.
