Off-market, explained
Why many of the best homes in Malé and Hulhumalé are never advertised, how they change hands, and how a tenant or buyer gets to see them.

Many of the best homes in Malé and Hulhumalé are never advertised. Not because they are secret, but because their owners do not want the phone to ring forty times a day, do not want strangers walking through, and would rather have one good tenant introduced by someone they trust than a queue of unknowns.
Those owners list privately with Binga. The home is inspected, priced and photographed like any other, but it never appears on the public site. Tenants and buyers only see it by briefing the concierge: budget, area, bedrooms, move-in date. If the home fits, it is on the shortlist; if not, nobody's time was wasted.
For an owner, off-market means no mass listings and no phone tag: private representation within a network of vetted tenants, one concierge from the first conversation to the signed term sheet, and every offer and version visible in a private portal.
For a tenant, it means the shortlist you receive is usually larger than the site you browsed, and the homes on it have owners who already said yes to meeting you.
The public catalogue is the visible part. The brief is the door to the rest.
