Binga has listed eight homes at Raincrest Residence this year, from a one-bedroom studio to four-bedroom corner units. Taken together they give a clear picture of what a month's rent buys in these two towers on Reethigas Magu: generous balconies, a pool on the roof, and a price band that sits in dollars.
The homes and their sizes
The developer's brief describes a spread from one-bedroom homes through mid-sized 2+1 plans to 3 and 3+1 layouts, with terrace gardens on the second floor and four duplex penthouses with plunge pools at the top. The units Binga has handled fit that range:

All figures are asking rents as listed through Binga, not achieved rents. The two homes available today are the fully furnished 3+1 listed at $2,600 a month (asking, September 2026) and the ninth-floor four-bedroom corner unit with a Central Park view, listed at $2,800 a month (asking, September 2026).
Reading the band
Two things stand out. First, space per dollar is good at the family end: four-bedroom homes of around 1,400 square feet have been listed at $2,500 to $2,800, only a few hundred dollars above the 2+1 plans. Second, most of what Binga has listed here is fully furnished, which the desk's furnishing guide describes as the move-in-ready tier, the standard for premium and corporate lets and the one that carries the highest rent. When comparing a Raincrest listing with a semi-furnished flat elsewhere, compare like with like, and ask for the inventory in writing.
What the building adds
Beyond the flat, the rent buys access to what the developer lists for residents: ample parking, a fully equipped gym, a convention hall, a children's play area and the main swimming pool on the fourteenth floor between the towers, with views of the ocean and the city. The catalogue also describes Raincrest as mixed-use, so there are commercial services in the building, and one of the let listings mentions on-site commercial services as part of the appeal.
The fact sheet does not name Raincrest's developer, and the desk has not verified the building's management company, service charge arrangements or backup power. Those are questions the concierge asks the owner before a viewing, not after.
