What your rent would buy at RainPearl Residence
Binga has no RainPearl rent to quote yet. What a tenant's money would pay for in the building instead, from the pool deck and gym to two levels of parking, and the questions to ask before signing.

There is no RainPearl rent to report yet. Binga has not listed a home in the building, and the desk does not quote figures it has not seen. What can be set out plainly is what the building offers a tenant, according to its developer, and how to judge the value when a home does come to the market.
The homes
RainPearl has 112 apartments in two blocks of thirteen floors. The catalogue does not publish a unit mix or floor areas. It describes the plans as spacious and open, with large kitchens, balconies it calls enormous and rare in the market, fittings and finishes from global brands, and, for most units, a void rather than a shared wall between neighbours. The developer attributes the apartments to Rainbow and calls them Rainbow's most spacious and efficient designs to date. Those are claims to test at a viewing with a tape measure and the floor plan in hand.
What the building provides
The catalogue lists these shared facilities:
- A residential lobby with a security post, waiting area and drop-off point.
- A multi-purpose hall near the entrance, with pantry and toilet, which can be leased for events to help fund maintenance.
- Two levels of parking: cars in the basement, motorbikes on the first floor, secured with patrols and parking stickers.
- A fully equipped gym on the second floor.
- A pool deck next to the gym, with a 14 by 7 metre pool, a sundeck and a children's pool.
- Street-facing shops for groceries, coffee and services.
- Garbage chutes on each floor.
For a tenant comparing buildings, that list sets RainPearl among the fuller-featured developments: a pool, a gym and car parking under one roof. The desk's rent guide notes that a new-build with a lift, parking and management prices differently from a walk-up of the same size, and the facilities above are what that difference pays for.
What to check
When a RainPearl home is offered, the concierge will want answers to the questions the catalogue leaves open: the size of the specific balcony, since the developer says sizes vary; the furnishing tier, which the desk's rent guide puts first among the things that move the price; the managing company and service charge; and backup power. The catalogue lists the project as still selling, and the desk has not confirmed completion or occupancy. The fact sheet records no developer entity, so the desk makes no comparison with other buildings.
Renting through Binga
Send a tenant brief at concierge.binga.mv/tenants or message the concierge team on WhatsApp at +960 778-3395, and name RainPearl. A concierge will confirm whether any homes are available, shortlist comparable buildings nearby in the meantime, and arrange viewings. Every home Binga introduces is inspected and every owner verified, and the agreement is with the owner.
The practical next step: send the brief with your bedroom count, budget and move-in date, and ask to be told when the first RainPearl home that fits is listed.
