Buying at Renaatus Irumathi with Binga
How a concierge handles a purchase at Irumathi, from choosing the block and floor to handover, and how the same person lets the unit afterwards.

Brief. Own use or let; how many bedrooms; budget; whether the morning sun matters to you or the evening terrace does. Two blocks and thirteen floors give more choice than the unit count suggests, and the concierge narrows it fast.
Viewing. The unit, the rooftop, the childcare centre and the co-working floor, walked with a concierge who will tell you which of the shared facilities you will actually use.
Verification. HDC pre-sale authorisation, bank approval, the unit's status and area. Nothing beyond a booking fee moves before this is on paper.
Terms. Price, payment schedule, parking and handover negotiated directly with Renaatus on your behalf; the home loan and the pension-collateral route lined up in parallel.
Handover. Agreement checked against what was agreed; condition recorded on the day.
Afterwards. If the unit is to be let, the concierge who helped you buy it inspects, prices, photographs, markets, vets and prepares the tenancy, with the corporate tenants who ask for buildings like this already on the desk. No upfront fee; 50% of one month's rent when the tenant is placed.
