Renaatus Javaahiru, what your rent buys
A home in a sold thirteen-storey Renaatus building of 111 apartments, with a gym and interiors the developer describes as carefully finished. No home has been let through Binga yet; what to expect and what to ask.

Renaatus Javaahiru has sold, so every home in it now belongs to an owner, and some of those owners will let. None has yet been listed for rent through Binga, so this piece quotes no rent. It sets out what the building offers a tenant and what to ask when a home comes up.
What the building offers
A flat in a single thirteen-storey block of 111 homes in Hulhumalé. On the developer's description: a spacious living room with large windows, a bedroom planned for rest, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and storage, and a well-equipped gym in the building. Renaatus describes the finishes as fine materials with careful craftsmanship; the desk has not inspected a finished home and reports that as a promise, not a finding.
What the catalogue does not say: the unit sizes and bedroom counts, whether there is parking, backup power or a pool, and who manages the building. Each is a question for the viewing.
What sets the rent
Binga's concierges quote homes in Greater Malé from roughly MVR 15,000 to MVR 55,000 a month and beyond, with new-build premium homes often priced in US dollars. Furnishing moves the price first. A fully furnished home, with beds, sofas, dining and appliances, costs the most and suits a quick start. A semi-furnished home has the fitted kitchen and wardrobes but not the loose furniture. An unfurnished home is the cheapest and suits a long family tenancy. Then the building, the floor and the view. At Javaahiru, where the kitchen is fitted by the developer, even an unfurnished home should come with a working kitchen, but ask for the inventory in writing.
Who built it
Renaatus, whose other buildings in Binga's directory are Renaatus IthaaMuiy and The Skyside by Renaatus, both sold, and Renaatus Irumathi on Hulhumalé's eastern shore, still selling. Javaahiru was launched after IthaaMuiy, which its own description says sold out quickly.
Renting through Binga
Send a tenant brief at https://concierge.binga.mv/tenants, or message the concierge team on WhatsApp at +960 778-3395, and mention Javaahiru. A concierge shortlists homes that fit, arranges viewings and inspects every home before introducing it. The owner is verified, and the agreement is made directly with the owner, with nothing added to the rent.
